It integrates roll feeding, printing, tube forming, gusseting, handle attachment, bottom sealing, and cutting, controlled by advanced servo-motors and a PLC interface.These machines are essential for high-volume packaging across retail, grocery, and food delivery industries due to their precision and speed.Core Working ProcessUnwinding & Feeding: The raw material roll (e.g., Kraft paper, PP non-woven fabric) is automatically unwound and fed into the machine at a controlled tension.Handle Integration (Optional): Advanced models automatically cut, patch, and glue twisted rope or flat paper handles directly onto the bag material.Tube Forming & Gusseting: The flat sheet is folded into a tube shape with side creases (gussets) to give the bag volume and expandability.Bottom Formation & Sealing: The machine applies adhesive or uses ultrasonic heat welding to fold and seal the bottom of the bag (creating either a square/block bottom or a V-shaped bottom)
